These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TAVYNIQ website, accounts, subscription services, AI-powered features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using TAVYNIQ, you agree to these Terms.
TAVYNIQ is currently being prepared for commercial launch. Full company details, including the legal entity name, registered office, registration number, and tax number, will be published here before paid commercial operations begin.

TAVYNIQ is intended primarily for business and professional use. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for the information you provide, your activity through your account, and maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
Certain TAVYNIQ features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep relevant account information reasonably up to date. You must not use another person's account without authorization or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
TAVYNIQ may offer paid subscription plans with different features, usage limits, and prices. The applicable price and plan details are shown on the website and during checkout before a subscription is purchased.
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges associated with the selected plan.
TAVYNIQ does not directly store full payment card details. Payment processing is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of the payment service provider.
Unless cancelled, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each applicable billing period and the applicable subscription fee may be charged using the payment method associated with the subscription.
The applicable billing frequency, price, and other purchase information are presented during checkout.
You may manage or cancel your paid subscription through the subscription management functionality made available by TAVYNIQ, including the Stripe Customer Portal where available.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, access to paid features may continue until the end of the billing period already paid for.
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly offered by TAVYNIQ. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.
TAVYNIQ may provide AI-generated analyses, recommendations, business plans, automation plans, suggestions, or other generated content. AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information and should be independently reviewed before use.
AI-generated content is provided for informational and business-support purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for decisions, actions, and results arising from your use of AI-generated content.
You retain responsibility for information and content you submit to TAVYNIQ. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and process such information.
You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information, unlawful content, or information that you are not authorized to disclose or process.

The TAVYNIQ name, branding, website, software, design, platform functionality, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted to use the Service, these Terms do not transfer ownership of TAVYNIQ intellectual property to users.
We aim to keep TAVYNIQ available and reliable, but uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
TAVYNIQ may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, or business reasons.
Access to TAVYNIQ may be restricted, suspended, or terminated where reasonably necessary, including in cases of serious or repeated violation of these Terms, unlawful use, security threats, fraud, or non-payment of applicable subscription fees.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without guarantees that every AI-generated output, recommendation, analysis, or result will be accurate, complete, suitable, or achieve a particular business outcome.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TAVYNIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Personal information associated with use of TAVYNIQ is handled as described in the TAVYNIQ Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
We may update these Terms as TAVYNIQ develops or when legal, technical, or operational requirements change. The current version will be published on this page together with its last updated date. Where required by applicable law, users will be informed of material changes.
The governing law and competent jurisdiction applicable to the TAVYNIQ service will be specified together with the final company details before paid commercial operations begin.
